Our STAR (Stewardship. Teamwork. Advancement. Retention.) employee network group (ENG) supports the advancement and retention of women by promoting advocacy and mentorship and providing professional development for our women employees and allies. STAR members also have access to national organizations whose missions are professional development for women.
