Toronto, June 15, 2023 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Appointment Order”), on June 15, 2023, RSM Canada Limited was appointed as receiver and manager (the "Receiver"), without security, of all of the assets, undertakings, and properties of Stateview Homes (Hampton Heights) Inc. (the “Company”).
A copy of the Appointment Order is posted below, and other pertinent public information will be posted to this website as that information becomes available.
