Trish Beltran is a manager in RSM’s environment, social and governance (ESG) advisory practice, where she brings experience in assurance, technology integration, due diligence and business transformation. As a key member of the ESG team, Trish manages the overall operations of the practice, overseeing client service delivery, methodology development, strategic projects, research and thought leadership. Working closely with a cross-functional team, Trish ensures that clients receive the highest quality service and solutions to their most pressing ESG challenges. Trish has extensive experience assisting clients in both the private and public sectors with revenues above $95 billion in developing and maturing their ESG strategies.
In addition, Trish leads projects across industries and provides guidance to our clients through developing project portfolios and road maps of initiatives to achieve an optimized future-state process. She also helps enable the continuous evolvement of their ESG maturity. Trish is a thought leader and a key contributor in the development of RSM’s proprietary ESG Rapid Assessment® methodology, ESG due diligence methodology, ESG integration with technology methodology, ESG report builder methodology and global go-to-market strategy.
Trish also plays a key role in mergers and acquisition projects, conducting ESG due diligence for transactions to uncover any ESG-related risks. She has a deep understanding of how to apply the various ESG reporting frameworks, including the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board, Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosure, Global Reporting Initiative and Greenhouse Gas Protocol to meet stakeholder expectations. Trish brings valuable skills in project management, having successfully mobilized and executed project management office functions for projects ranging from two months to three years, with multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams to ensure successful testing and implementation.
