Michael adopts a strategic delivery approach, guiding clients from vision and roadmap to operating model design, solution design and platform enablement, automation, analytics and sustained adoption through change management and team upskilling. Working with RSM tax specialists across North America, he assists clients in determining scalable operating models that best fit their organization, including using managed services and in-house modernization initiatives. His engagements combine optimization of existing systems, implementation of leading tax applications, and data and control frameworks that improve compliance and reporting quality while reducing risk and manual effort.
Michael’s experience spans indirect and direct tax, international tax and transfer pricing, and credits and incentives. He is frequently engaged when organizations navigate leadership transitions, major regulatory changes, complex integrations or rapid growth.
