Don Lipari serves as the corporate development leader for RSM US LLP, focused on identifying, evaluating and executing growth opportunities that advance the firm’s long-term strategy. He also sets the vision, strategy and operating model for the firm’s enterprise channels. Central to Don’s leadership roles is his commitment to growth while consistently ensuring that RSM delivers exceptional and high-quality client service.
Don is a 30-year-plus RSM veteran. He previously led the private equity practice and served as the enterprise industry leader, overseeing strategy and execution of client and talent initiatives across private equity and the firm’s nine priority industries. He also played an integral part in creating RSM’s Industry Eminence Program. With a vision to deepen client trust and navigate their most complex challenges, the program develops distinguished industry-focused advisors who understand, forecast and communicate economic, business and technology trends affecting the middle market.
Don is known across the firm for navigating change and building coalitions. He was instrumental in bringing RSM US and RSM UK together and supporting the development of the transatlantic partnership. His steadfast leadership and years of experience guiding clients and teams through solving complex problems make Don an effective member of the firm’s executive leadership team and various strategic firmwide committees, including the innovation and strategic planning committees.
