RSM US Foundation Announces US$58.8 Million in Total Giving, Reinforcing Commitment to Empower Youth

TORONTO, ON – (April 6, 2026) – RSM today announced that the RSM US Foundation ("Foundation") has contributed US$58.8 million to date, reinforcing the firm’s long-standing commitment to expanding opportunity for youth and helping prepare the next generation to thrive in an evolving workforce and economy.

Through targeted investments in community-based youth programs focused on education, hunger, housing and health, the Foundation is helping to remove barriers to opportunity while building the next generation of talent critical to strong communities. In 2025 alone, the Foundation contributed US$7.3 million, expanding support for national and local nonprofit relationships focused on advancing education access, career readiness and youth stability. A central focus of the Foundation’s impact is its continued investment in hands-on, real-world learning experiences that help students build practical skills and confidence early.

Guided by RSM employees, a significant portion of the Foundation’s annual impact is focused on supporting youth through the Power of Love, Dollars for Doers and Community Impact Fund programs, along with expanded scholarship opportunities for college students and financial education initiatives delivered through local Junior Achievement (JA) programs.

Canada impact 

While the Foundation does not report giving by country, its programs benefit organizations in Canada, with investment and engagement aligned to employee participation across the firm’s geographies. In 2025, RSM Canada employees played a meaningful role in advancing the Foundation’s mission—bringing its focus on youth opportunity to life through employee-led giving, volunteering and community partnerships across the country.

• Through Power of Love and the Community Impact Fund, employees supported local organizations, reflecting the Foundation’s emphasis on people-powered impact. The Foundation also advanced national-priority partnerships in Canada, including support for the Canadian Red Cross Society and investments through the University Impact Fund that connect students to hands-on learning and career exploration.
• A cornerstone of the Foundation’s impact in Canada continues to be Junior Achievement. RSM Canada offices actively support local JA programs through funding and employee volunteering, helping deliver financial education and career readiness programming to students across multiple communities. In 2025, RSM’s Toronto location emerged as the firm’s most active office across Canada and the U.S. for recorded JA volunteer hours.

Expanding access through scholarships and education

The Foundation also continued to prioritize access to education through scholarships and academic partnerships. In 2025, the Foundation awarded more than US$900,000 in combined scholarships and plans to increase that support in 2026, reinforcing its commitment to expanding education access.

In Canada, the Foundation awarded four CA$7,500 scholarships in 2025 to high-performing business and technology students and increased that support to five scholarships in 2026.
