RSM Canada Promotes Four New Partners Across Canadian Offices
TORONTO, ON – (January 2, 2025) – RSM Canada (“RSM”) - a leading global provider of assurance, tax and consulting services – is pleased to announce the promotions for four new partners across Canada, effective January 1: Rae-Lee Doll, Matthew Hutchens, Amar Jethwa and Kate Phillips.

Rae-Lee Doll, Edmonton, assurance – Doll specializes in managing complex audits and advisory services within the public sector, with a particular focus within the federal government of Canada’s compliance frameworks. With nearly a decade of experience, she has built strong client relationships and provided strategic guidance to non-profit and non-governmental organizations, effectively balancing a diverse portfolio of clients and engagements.
Matthew Hutchens, Calgary, tax – Hutchens specializes in providing a range of tax advisory and compliance services to privately-held corporations, partnerships, trust and estates, high-net-worth individuals and family offices. While he has a diverse client base across various industries, his primary focus is on real estate and technology companies operating in Canada, the U.S., and globally.
Amar Jethwa, Toronto, firm client service – Jethwa serves as RSM Canada's Independence and Risk & Regulatory Compliance Leader, as well as the firm's Anti-Money Laundering Officer within the Office of Risk Management. With extensive experience in risk management and professional services, he brings a wealth of experience in independence, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management.
Kate Phillips, Kitchener, firm client service – Phillips is the Communications, Marketing and Growth (CMG) leader for Canada and a member of the CMG, North American Sales, and Canadian executive leadership teams. Additionally, she leads the Kitchener office and participates in several enterprise committees.
