TORONTO, ON – (June 9, 2025) – RSM today announced a US$1 billion investment over the next three years as part of a significant expansion of its artificial intelligence (AI) strategy—accelerating innovation and delivering transformative value for both clients and professionals.
This investment integrates agentic AI platforms—intelligent systems that autonomously perform complex tasks alongside humans—across RSM’s operations and services. This will further enhance efficiency and empower RSM professionals to deliver faster, smarter, higher quality and more strategic solutions—advancing client outcomes while driving the firm’s commitment to innovation and a digitally enabled workforce.
The $1 billion investment comes as RSM prepares to complete a transatlantic merger, creating a partner-owned, multinational organization spanning the U.S., UK, Canada, Ireland, India and El Salvador—with 23,000 professionals and US$5 billion in combined annual revenue.
