Leaping over export barriers: proud to support Canada’s Trade Accelerator Program
NEWS RELEASE |
Businesses experience many hurdles in exporting their products, services or technologies globally. Developing a proactive export strategy is one of the top priorities to minimize these obstacles. Canada’s TAP GTA, run by the Toronto Region Board of Trade, offers hands-on workshops and mentoring to assess and help companies develop a solid Strategic Export Business Plan.
As the program’s advisory services partner, our firm is pleased to help participants become trade-ready and able to export their goods internationally through a series of presentations and workshops.
The 6-week program kicks off on October 17th. The firm is pleased to provide insights at the following workshops on October 18th:
- Expanding Internationally – an International Tax and U.S. Tax Perspective (John S. Lee, director, US tax advisory, and Rishma Jessa, senior tax manager)
- Accounting Requirements when expanding overseas (Sarah Coulson, senior audit manager)
