Corporate initiative helps spark entrepreneurship in Canadian youth
NEWS RELEASE |
Toronto, ON – The firm is pleased to announce our continued support of Junior Achievement Central Ontario (JA), an organization dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship in Canadian youth. Aligning with its entrepreneurial mindset, the firm is participating in JA’s company program for the year 2017/2018 and is also supporting JA’s annual Governors’ Dinner.
Dedicated to mentoring Canada’s future entrepreneurs, Junior Achievement delivers experiential classroom learning and other programs to students between grades 4-12. The organization’s company program provides high school students with company advisors to help them start, manage and operate a business over an 18-week period.
“JA’s company program is a great initiative that helps students explore their potential with the coaching and mentoring of our staff. We are proud to support the program, as the entrepreneurial spirit runs deep in our organization. It allows our staff to give back and make a significant contribution to the growth of young Canadians, while also allowing our staff to hone their leadership skills,” says Rhonda Klosler, chief operating officer.
