Catering to plaintiff and defence counsel in motor vehicle litigation, the Motor Vehicle Litigation Summit by the Law Society of Ontario features presentations and analysis on accident benefit disputes, the Statutory Benefit Schedule, and current topics including the impact of autonomous cars. Carolyn Seaquist, litigation and valuation services partner at RSM Canada, will be speaking on the first day of the summit, March 26, 2018. Her presentation “Motor vehicle litigation math – Accounting for personal injury lawyers” will discuss the basic principles of calculating damages in personal injury cases.
